Our Approach
We kicked off our engagement with SNAP by thoroughly evaluating the new SNAP Corporate Solutions brand, along with their target audience personas and their existing content assets.
This allowed us to:
– identify exactly what content the new SNAP Corporate Solutions brand needed
– refine SNAP’s existing ideas to address content gaps
– develop a strategic content plan that would effectively connect with and engage the new brand’s ideal audience.
Once SNAP had approved our insights and recommendations, we began content production.
Our first pieces of content were SEO-focused blog posts. These carefully chosen pieces targeted topics with high interest and engagement potential across SNAP Corporate Solutions brand’s audience profiles, so presented strong conversion opportunities.
Next, we created a selection of short, practical guides, which the SNAP Corporate Solutions team could send to brand prospects to establish and grow client relationships. We designed these to accurately address core audience needs, and provide effective touchpoint opportunities across both the top and bottom of the SNAP Corporate Solutions sales funnel.
Finally, we developed a series of case studies that highlighted SNAP’s value-add and real-world application to existing clients. Again, these would be available as pre-sales collateral for the SNAP Corporate Solutions team, and would act as proof points for prospective new accounts.
SNAP Corporate Solutions was still a very new brand, so its needs adjusted and evolved over the course of the project. However, we kept pace with the changes, adapting our content strategy to meet their requirements.

The Challenge
SNAP is an end-to-end printing services provider, and one of Australia’s most recognisable brands. The company has over 130 SNAP centres across the nation, as well as international franchisees in New Zealand and Ireland. And they have a reputation for fast, personalised services and high-quality print & design solutions.
With a well-established presence in the public market, SNAP was keen to further grow and develop their B2B services. To help promote and drive this initiative, they launched SNAP Corporate Solutions – a sub-brand that caters exclusively to corporate accounts.
However, in order to successfully launch their new brand, they needed to address a specific set of content requirements and gaps.
They approached Content Copywriting to help them get it done.
